Last Day to Bid for Auctioned Ridi Power Shares

Opportunity to Acquire Unsold Right Shares Ends Today

Today marks the final opportunity for investors to bid for auctioned shares of Ridi Power Limited. The company initiated the auctioning of its unsold right shares on April 11, with the bidding period set to conclude today.

Ridi Power commenced offering 1:0.5 right shares to its existing shareholders starting from March 1. However, despite this offering, a total of 1,135,657 units remained unsubscribed. In response, the company has opened the auction to all interested individuals, companies, and institutions.

Prospective bidders should note that the minimum bid price for a single share unit is set at Rs 100. Bids can be placed for a minimum of 100 shares, with the option to bid for the maximum available shares.

To facilitate the bidding process, Ridi Power has appointed Muktinath Capital as the issue manager. Interested parties can submit their bids directly through the issue manager or via designated branches of Muktinath Bikas Bank located in various cities across Nepal, including Thimi-Bhaktapur, Kumaripati-Lalitpur, Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Chipledhunga-Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Ghorahi-Dang, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi, and Mahendranagar.

Investors are encouraged to seize this opportunity to participate in the auction and potentially acquire shares in Ridi Power Limited before the bidding period concludes today.
