21yrs “M” , Around 40-50 hair strands fall out of my head everyday. I think helmet is one of the cause because i need to wear it everyday but after not wearing it to 3-4 days still hair falls. I have been to dermatologist and he suggested me minoxidil 5% and one shampoo. I have bought it but not used it till date. Is there someone who dealt with this situation and have any solutions , it will be much more helpful

No, helmet doesn’t have anything to with your hair falls at all. Mostly it’s gene or water or any thing that is killing your hairs.

Try anti-dht or dht blocker products, since DHT is the main culprit hormone for hair loss. Not sure if we can get genuine products in nepal though
Is your dad or anyone from your mother’s side of the family bald? If both yes then it’s terrible. You can still control hail fall but if it’s genetics only surgery can help.
Use the thing suggested by the doctor. Start using it, use it consistently for a month or 2 and see . If the problem still is not solved then visit another hair specialist doctor.
