I wanna cry (hairfall)

21yrs “M” , Around 40-50 hair strands fall out of my head everyday. I think helmet is one of the cause because i need to wear it everyday but after not wearing it to 3-4 days still hair falls. I have been to dermatologist and he suggested me minoxidil 5% and one shampoo. I have bought it but not used it till date. Is there someone who dealt with this situation and have any solutions , it will be much more helpful

  1. Helmet launa aagadi balaclava lagau. Diet ley ni dherai farak parxa. Eat food rich in protein ani keep you sleep schedule in check. Basic body functionalities namilera ni hormonal imbalance ko karan hunxa. These were the main reasons for me but manxe anusar karan farak parna sakxa
