Guys I am the most humorous and funny person around other people but i cry ekdam easily. When i am alone i cry a lot on small things ,very tiny things . I think about the certain problem all the time and cry alot. Why soo . I think crying is okay but crying too much is not okay. I have anxiety issues and i am hyper sensitive person. Can anyone help me to control my extreme emotions and crying. I wanna get out of this crying zone. Please help me!!

Crying is complete normal. Some people cry more than others and it’s completely valid.
But if you do think that you want to fix it, and if it’s really being a problem for you, please consider seeing a psychiatrist.

Crying too much is definitely not okay. That is reflecting a very sensitive nature of yours which you will need to overcome. Reasons are because life will keep getting harder where you will have to rely on yourself for the most part, it won’t be fair either. And, there will be a lot of folks who won’t treat others well and you will find those in your workplace eventually. So, yes, you will need to overcome this.

I relate to this a lot. Me ta manxekai agadi ni runxu yaar koibela sano sano kurama. My parents used to say “yesko ta aankhamai lota xa, Khali pokhihalxa” cuz I used to cry often. It’s okay to cry, we’re just sensitive with our feelings
