Do you guys use gears or trt to bulk up, lose fat ? One dude at my gym suggested i use trt to enhance my physique and i looked at it and found that encomiphlene citrate boosts testestorone without the negative effects of trt. Just wondrring if any of you guys used either trt or enclomiphene to get that lean look? If yes, your experience etc?
My question to docs: is enclomiphene available in nepal? How can one get it?

With proper guidance use garna sakincha with minimal side effect for that u need a pro who knows his game
