How do you ship items to Nepal?

Do you have any ideas on shipping a gift item from the US to Nepal?

If anyone is headed to Nepal in September, I would love it if you could take a few gift items. I promise it’s less than 5 pounds: one watch & a few T-shirts. (I will pay you some money for hauling it)
