Do any of you feel this way?
Like you are not for religious, but life has had experiences which has made you feel that there is a higher source?
Because for me it feels, if the spirit/consciousness/god whatever you may call it, if it is universal then why get stuck behind a religion? Why limit our perception of the infinite into the finite rules of a religion?
Nothing against any religion though, to each their own. But to me it feels like religion limits the understandings of the infinite, because each religion looks at the infinite from a fixed point, and how can that which is forever in movement be completely seen from a point of stagnation?
Or is it just me ?

Don’t be religious…But ask questions to yourself and Search the answer anywhere possible..it may be in religious texts book or people you meet on street or the birds flying in the sky… philosophy haru padha there are tons of philosophies tara yaa..kei kura sanga Identified chai na huwa.. being identified with somethingp/someone makes you biased towards one perspective…for me what I like to do is I see the world in a third person perspective..
Religion and spirituality are pretty much the same thing under Hindu context. If you are a Hindu, I’m assuming you aren’t well read into Hindu philosophies, panth and school of thoughts, so your confusion is understandable.
In Abrahamic religion the distinction between spirituality and religion is clear because those religions demand for complete submission to the God of the book and restrict any form of worship and connection to any other form of higher power.
Religion has spirituality behind it but you need that perspective to look at it. There is a difference between culture & tradition and religion. There can be many cultures under one religion which is completely subjective. But choosing to be spiritual is also a great way to lead life, I myself am. But religion has organized those spiritual experiences. If you follow a doctrine you limit your understanding but religion itself doesn’t limit.

Spiritual because can’t explain the universe. Not religious because never seen a god.
I believe that some being set everything to motion but doesn’t care enough to maintain the world. Something like simulation theory.
I am super atheist but I am very pro religion – so what I am about to say may or may not be helpful.
I will try to give you alternate way to think about religion. Spritiuality can be theory but religion is the praxis of said theory. If your life is informed by spirituality then how should you act in life. Buddhists say to forego all earthly desires. Hindus have very diverse but generally following your dharma leads to good outcomes.
For many religious people I talk to, rituals on things like births, naming, weddings and deaths are the most important for them. One of the important factors affecting this is religion.
Same here. I am a huge believer in energy. Like you attract what you are.
