I quit cigarettes cold turkey after dashain and was clean for 3 weeks. After that, i went on a trip to pokhara with my friends who are smokers as well. we went in a club and i didnt feel like smoking when when i was drinking.
The day after the club was when i relapsed. mustve smoked 7-8 cigarettes in 2 days after being clean for 3 weeks.
I am still craving a little, need some help on it

Maari lanu k nai cha. Thats the excuse i give myself whenever i smoke. But haven’t smoked for over decade ( except for few drag here and there from friend’s cigarette, that doesn’t count as smoking)
You have to train your mind to be in a mechanism that doesn’t create those cravings. If you successfully do you will have same loathing for smoking as drinking from bagmati. Changes comes from within, realize whom you are affecting, if you don’t love your body think of your family, dad mom siblings, mostly think of your future children and wife how much they suffer knowing they wont see their loved person for long time and will get succumbed to a burning leaf.
