This kaanda hasn’t been gaining enough media attention and seems like it’s dying down. I just know that it is being looked into by a government lawyer. Does anyone know how long it can take for it to reach court? The lawyer must also have a finite time to look into it like the police had for investigation? Or are they just stalling it and waiting for everyone to forget about it?

Investigation aajei chaldei cha, court le ni final decision deko chaina. Meanwhile yo case ma Bal Khrishna Khad ra aru lai aaile lai Jail ma halne order deko judge ko transfer gardi sake. Uta Congress le Bal Krishna lai party bata nikaleko chaina ultei afnei sathi ho bachaunu parcha bhandei thiye (they live stremed their adhibhesan recently tyesma dekhiyo aaukat party members ko). Uta yo Gold kanda ma pani Investigation ko head cop ko transfer gardeko thiye.
The main investigating officers have been transferred and the judge who sent Khand and others to judicial custody has been transferred.. I reckon within a few weeks or months Khand maybe freed by higher courts on bail..
Regarding the overall case, huge pressure is gonna be put on the district judge looking at this case and I think it is likely he’s gonna convict lower level people but acquit khand and other high profile individuals
