Can you suggest good psychiatrist in butwal?
I have been having really bad anxiety attacks that almost makes me feel like I will die and feeling mentally extremely devastated and low. Nothing is helping me and I think I need to see a doctor.
You can suggest psychologist too.

i’m not sure about butwal, but you should look up Mankaa Kura. they do online sessions amongst other things, and in my experience, they are good.
Ravi shakya but he is in ktm, all the other are just in a hurry to prescribe medication. Btw mate why not try working out, like hardcore weightlifting. Trust me it will help
