I tend to say sorry a lot. It’s not like I have low self-esteem, I believe I am fairly confident. But it just seems to come spontaneously, especially with strangers.
To give you guys some context, I accidentally said sorry to the door after I hit my head in the work place lmao.
Is it okay? Or should I be working on it?

Ramrai ho bro! Tara dhoka lai ni ta atti vayo haha.
Malai ta sorry vanna ni audaa lagcha sakdao sakdina
Had a coworker like you. Sweet person but dherai sorry bhanney. Got on my nerves couple of times coz of that. I never say sorry unless I fuck up something big especially at work. Most of the times it doesn’t matter what you fuck up but how you react to it..that people notice.
I also had the same habit as you , thank you ni vanne sorry ni vanne , ppl were shocked at that mostly but now I rarely say sorry vanna lage vane pani i pause and reflect and if iam wrong then I’ll say natra I don’t .
Yes. It would be nice if you worked on it. Some people find it annoying, especially at the workplace. Some might see you as a kiss ass if you’re too nice and polite.
I had a similar case with huss and thank you and I worked on it.
Depending on the situation in hand, and if you made a mistake, it is okay to apologize. One sorry makes a huge impact when dealing with angry clients. Once you have levelled the initial heat, you can then be passive agressive.
Thank you, please and sorry is the way to go, nothing wrong with it. Thank you!
Do i watch too much anime or people on this subreddit are too anime-ish?
If you’re planning to leave Nepal then this is a good habit to have
UK jau bro. Perfectly fit hunxau.
Maybe it’s due to an unhealthy children experience(s). Try looking up ‘4 attachment styles’ on google.
