There is no treatment for personality traits. You’re going to have some aspects of that trait for life. But it should not affect you/your social circle significantly. If it affects your social well being then its a personality disorder. Now once its a disorder it can managed with psychotherapy. The aspects of your personality causing you problems are identified and addressed. But not everything relating to personality can be changed. You must understand some aspects of your personality is just who you are.
Andrew huberman has done two podcasts with Dr Paul Conti, who is a psychiatrist and discusses several topics of mental heath including narcissism. I have listened to the first one and it helps us to reflect ourselves, learn gratitude , observe our behavior and many other things. They discuss about our behaviors, gratitude, aggression, narcissistic and other personalities. This doctor had discussed on other podcasts about narcissism. You van watch it on youtube. It might help you.
Stop self diagnosis
Diagnosing people with personality disorder, leave that to the professionals. It’s not your job.
There are some online tests you can do though, the most reliable being DSM5.. but even with that.. unless you are an actual professional, you won’t be able to interpret the real meaning.

There are two possibilities:

In this way, control is indirectly asserted over you and directly asserted over the third party.
