I been to psychiatric before and she just gave me medicine. I took for 2 months but jhan garo vayo. And I stop talking medicine. And at that time I gave up on everything and just let went with the flow and khasai wasta garinw. Now I am at my home town with my family. Seeing their sacrifice I realise I just can’t give up and I need to help them. I have to take care of myself so that in future I can give them the best life. Now I want to improve myself. So I am searching help here. Where can I get best therapist in Kathmandu Valley with thikai thikai price. I am student and doesn’t have job so.
