Mero euta sathi le puja haru garera chodhdeko thiyo 😂
Ok 1st thing tell me what kind of person you are?
If you are an extremely strong willed, Resilient person you will be able to quit if you focus that energy into helping you quit.
But if you are a pussy, a weakling beta you will never have what it takes to stop. You will always loose the battle not only with smoking but every thing in life which requires discipline and dedication.
It completely depends on your nature. If you a winner or a looser.
There is no such method to stop smoking. You just stop! Decide you are stopping right now amd throw away the cigarettes immediately. And make a promise to yourself no matter what im not putting this shit in my mouth again.
Whenever you crave a smoke eat something healthy / delicious instead. May be dark chocolates, Green tea also helps a lot with the cravings, Try different things on your own. Also never think “Tomorrow” if you do then tomorrow never comes. Its now or never.
What my friend did was staying inside room and cutting out from friends with whom you smoke daily. It stopped 3-4 months and again he started it again
If you can, cold turkey.

Cold turkey. And eeuta motivation liga like (confidence, healtheir body) and things like that. Tetti le garda dherai sajilo huncha. And since you’re a light smoker, you’ll get of relatively easy than like me (who used to smoke around 10-15 a day).
Pahile ko 2/3 hapta katai naniska.
Tyo paxi ko 1/2 mahina dont drink with friends who smoke. And at the same time cafe haru ma eklai/non smoking friends sanga gayera drink tea and other things that you’d actually consume while smoking.
Tyo paxi bistarai hangout with smokers/drink with smokers but in a slow pace.
Not a hard/fast rule but you got the jist.
2-3 ota per day is nathing
