Happened to me, I was the customer. Mero RBB bank bata kateko thyo but pasale ko ma gayena. I called fonepay and they said paisa aako xaina, call bank. I called bank and they told me it would get refunded automatically within 48 hrs if it doesn’t go through.
Tell customer to contact fonepay just in case.
