There is this app called Home Workout, which I use to perform body weight exercises.
Furthermore, even if you have no equipment, focus on all body parts, regardless.
1. Chest: Do different types of push ups.
2. Triceps: Do various types of dips.
3. Legs: Do different types of squats.
4. Biceps and back: Do pullups and chin ups.
You can use the entrance of your room door to do these 2 exercises.
5. Core: Do different forms of crunches and other core exercises (bicycle kicks, leg raises, etc.)
6. Cardio: Jumping Jacks, Burpees (my best exercise for weight loss and muscle toning), jump rope exercises, etc.
Normally, I do two different triceps exercises (15 reps per set, total 6 sets), 3 different chest exercises (20-30 reps each), 3 set of burpees (10 reps, sometimes I can do only one), 3 set of squats (15 reps per set), 3 set of mountain climbers (20-30 reps per set), 3 different core exercises (20-30 reps per exercise), 3 sets of jumping jacks (30 reps per set), chin ups and pull ups (1-1 set of 10 reps each). At the end of the workout session, I am literally swamped.
Search these exercises on YouTube.
Don’t try to do everything at once. I have been exercising on and off for almost half of my life. So, I know my limit. Just start slowly and build your stamina as you progress. Don’t go overboard with these exercises. Pay attention to your heart rate too; it should be in the range of 60-70% of your maximum heart rate. For e.g., your maximum heart rate is 220 – your age (30) = 190 bpm.
