Tenants dont pay in time, business for them isnt as good as it was 2-3 years back. Stockmarket is paralysed. Interest rates remain quite high.

Shares not doing well. Nabil ko bonus diyena so lwatta 4L valuation gayo hijo. Hydros not too well either.
Real Estate value stagnating. Hal chal nai chaina. Listed haru ni sell huna mushkil xa.
Edit: and I forgot Shakari ko chain-collapse vayesi a chunk of money had to be taken out. They had a liquidity crisis but few weeks ma piece-by-piece diyo. That was improperly invested. Large chunk kina rakheko vane they had 14% interest rates (used to be 18% before this started.)
Insufficient cashflow hitting thikka-hard (aile samma ta). next FY samma estai ho vane harder-hard hunxa.
