Put some effort and spend money on yourself like good clothes, gym, skincare, accessories,healthy food etc.
Cofidence is the key, many of my friends who aren’t very much good looking(not judging) are able to pull many girls just because of their talking style and overall personality.

Work hard, be successful and automatically you will see girls willing to be with you
Accept you are what you are
Black, short, bald, skinny, fat whatever

Then carry it in style maybe you can take inspiration from celebrity eg. for bald person style like Pitbull

Confidence and being rich is the key i say. Improve your talking behaviour everything. If you are rich too its a jackpot. Face really doesnot matter(yesko proof chaiyema basantapur, patan durbar square tira jaau.)
More often than not we see what we don’t have and /or can’t have but we rarely see what we have. And what we have is actually more valuable than what we want . it’s just that we often see ourselves through other’s eyes.

Your face may be ugly but you can still work on your body and mind. Work out, improve your communication skills and just be a decent human being with some personality/character, you’ll attract someone who sees beyond your facial appearance.
Stop worrying about things you can’t control and focus on being rich and successful if you really want to attract women.
