So, i ordered an item from Daraz which came 3 days ago. Immediately opening that , the item has rust and the key was broken and i initated a refund and the return process was approved yesterday. So today i got full amount of refund through my bank but no one collected the item today. Is the text in the image implying that i can keep the items and won’t have to refund it?

No. Daraz simply does this because it will cost more to get it back from OP and ship back to seller.
