Hello, I am a student F1 in US working after graduation. I am coming back home soon for Dashain and curious about bringing phone.
I would have multiple phones. 2 of them are for personal use and 2 new in box. The new phones are cheaper smartphones and personal are Iphone and Samsung.
I am trying to find out if I am allowed that many phones and if so how much would i have to pay.

yes you have to pay if they catch you
A year ago I brought 4 phones 1 personal and 3 new. But sinces the new phones were for my family I didn’t have then in the box. Also I distributed them to different luggages I had. Idk if this helps or not
