What exactly are they protesting for? I searched it up on Facebook but all the articles on it were in Nepali and my Nepali isn’t exactly that good. Can anyone brief me on this?

Here was a article, they apparently have 18 point plan but the main disagreement they have is the bill gives local governments control of Govt teachers within their area and the teachers want them under federal govt.
