Saw in the news the rapid bus was launching today from suryabinayak to Ratna park. While I knew this was coming, was there more info regarding this ? Like all the drivers need to know the new rules for the lane and all. Is those posted anywhere?
Also, do you really think this will work? Will people actually follow the rules for this new lane? Everyone is so used to jumping in any open spaces they can see. Kathmandu doesn’t have enough lane as it is for the currreny vehicle population . Will taking away an existing lane help? Or am I completely off base?
