Book Recommendations

Recommend me some book that has highly influenced you, and paved the way for you to think differently. It can be from any genres. I would also love to read reasons behind your choices.

P.s:- Unappreciated and unknown books are plus.

  1. Atomic Habits by James Clear. So far I have read this book two times, and every time I read it, I discover some interesting stuff. Rather than calling it a self-help book, I would like to call it a life-transforming book. Most of the things mentioned in this book are backed by scientific research and neuroscience, so this is not your typical, run-of-the-mill self-help book.

  2. The Alchemist, now, I always look for omens and pursue them. The world literally becomes your library, your game and it has all the resources to help you succeed and find meaning in life.

  3. Depends on the genre you love but as someone who reads all over the place (expect fantasy) i think i can vouch for you.

    – Palace of Illusions by Chitra Devakaruni Banarjee
    – Americanah and Notes on grief by Chimamanda Ngozi Adhichie
    – My year of rest and relaxation by Ottesa

If into horror , bone chilling , disgusting piece and thrillers i recommend
    – things have gotten worse since we last spoke (this is the piece if you are looking to explore, short read , check tws tho)

    If into classics ,
I love work of Sylvia Plath i.e bell jar. (if you are man this can be little unfamiliar from a experience of women)

And please read Normal People if you have avoided the genre of Romance forever, it is not too romance-y and practical , you will love it.

    Best regards,xx

  4. There’s no such nonfiction book which changes your life,at least not for me. Idk if all the non fiction book i read has affected me sub consciously but the book that made me wake up at 4 to do yoga was sadhguru’s Karma.
