The underlying reason for such huge protest

Ok, many consider the bill has something wrong within it so the teacher are protesting against it but its a huge NO. Neither is the reason that local government will be involved but the reasons are;

1. Thousands of teachers were posted for position “Karar/Aasthai” (Position that doesn’t require qualification and licence exam) (Yi sab SLC barely pass wa fail ka hun). In simple laguage, it means job for a temporary period of time with no provision of pension and these karar/aasthai position are acquired through political leaders and parties not through competitions. Although, to be a teacher you need to get license but karar don’t require it but now according to this bill they can no longer practice teaching and have to go through licensing exam but they don’t want fair competition as they are incapable to compete. They just want all those incapable fools “karar” to be made “Thai” teachers with the facitliy of pension till they die (to pay them more 40 years) which is a major concern as our country is in no position to pay these assholes.
2. Ok now most are in karar but what if they acquired licence during their teaching period as karar? Like okay some did karar position for 12 years and acquired licence after teaching 12 years. Now, their wish is they want themselves to be considered permanent teacher(thai) during all those 12 years too although they were as asthai. Why? Because it would increase the pension significantly and its not just paying them for 1 or 2 year but till they die which might be more than 40 years from now. Like wtf.
3. Bachelors degree has been made compulsory and many do not have it (nearly 70-80% and thats a lot) as some are teaching from Panchayat or Monarchy and in that time attending till class 10 was an achievement in itself. So, most of the karar are 10 class barely pass. SLC “Falame dhoka” bhanu ko reason yehi ho as SLC was gate to most of the government position in that time but now it doesn’t even matters so even dismantling SEE should not be a concern.
4. Making local government to control public school was mentioned in the constitution itself. So, they are not here for it but the above mentioned 3 reasons. As, to change it from local government to federal government you have to amend the constitution itself with 2/3 rd majority (which is impossible) as it comes under the 20 or something power provided to the local government.

So, by no means these jerks are good but rather here for selfish reasons and the bill to be passed is highly standard and trying to change education system by a good percentage.
