Any decent adult psychiatrist in Kathmandu?
My friend is going through a lot of stress and anxiety, is quite resilient about it but I am hoping to get him into therapy if it helps.
Idk if psychiatrist is worth it though, let me know if anyone out there has any other options.

Dr Deepak Kunwar- Sumeru hospital Dhapakhel. Guys a bit cold but is good at what he does.
