My uncle has rented out his commercial shutter which is in the main highway samukhushi, but the person has stopped paying rent for the past 4 months and everytime my uncle ask about rent, the person makes excuses. My uncle is really sojo and not confrontational so he just takes NO for an answer and backs away.
What are ways we can get the person evicted? They had a service agreement which will expire 9 months from now, but we wanna get him evicted stat.
He was asking if he can put a lock on the shitter, or take any legal action?

Lock the shutter with your own lockpad and don’t give the key until he pays. Eventually he will understand and leave himself
