For Masters (or PHD) , i want to apply abroad for scholarships. What are the things i need to focus on for scholarships and which country? For example – academics, extra curricular, so on.

From what i know. For scholarships and jobs you must have extra curricular, social volunter works, its an addon along with good academics and work experiences.
