The democracy has failed Nepal miserably,but that doesn’t mean monarchy or even constitutional monarchy is the answer.

1. stop religion conversion
2. Are tired of deuba, oli and prachanda trinity
3. are tired of lack of delivery
And they hope that king would restore them which is quite implausible. But, the theme is they want an alternative that would provide above three together.

Too few understand that even if Nepal becomes a kingdom again, the king or monarch will only be a ceremonial one just like the president is currently. Rest everything is going to be same. We will still be compelled to vote for subpar leaders and the corrupt and non functioning bureaucracy will still be there handling the things. So all they are fighting to change is just the ceremonial head.
Nothing is changed otherwise and people will still be frustated after lack of delivery from the political leaders just like now even if the monarchy is reinstated.

Its just that the current Ganatantra has failed miserably in Nepal. The outcome of overthrowing monarchy has been nothing as people had hoped. It has made it even worse as murderers, goons, thugs are now all running the country. People cant see what the alternative is and the only thing they are familiar with is the Monarchy through which they have lived in the past and may be have forgotten whatever bad came with it because the current situation is as bad if not worse. I have heard how my hajurba said king birendra used to go the particular community dressed as a normal people and sort the solution out .ever seen photo of royal faimly in many homes , they were not forced to put that photo they did that out of pure will.
