Same. I also used to have a period like this where I can’t eat last part of food even though I was hungry af and always throw that last part. I live outside so going home and having food there for sometime used to break that cycle. Few suggestion Avoid ghew if you are eating rice with that. Dahi used to help for some extent. I get this problem mostly during winter. If you find any solution please update.

Been more than 2 years now. Did many experiments on myself to find out what’s causing this.
First reason is khana time ma nakhayera gastric badheko. ani what I did was thorai thorai khane tara time time ma khai rakhne in interval of 3-4 hours kei na kei khairakhne. Ani exercise garirakhne daily go to gym, bhok lagxa ramro sanga.
Bihana nasta ma thorai kei khaye pani bhokai lagdaina thiyo. pet damma bhairakthiyo. So drink alot of water. alot means alot.
Few months samma same routine follow garirako thiye improvement bhako thiyo gained 5kg weight from 55-60kg.
But aaile ghar ma nabhayera tyo routine milaunai sakeko xaina ani same khana khada pet ghumaune ani vomit aaune hunxa aaile.
Might be GERD. Consult a medical personnel. Health is no joke.
Okay idk if this will help tara the last time i was hospitalized i had kinda same issue. My mom brought eeuta jhol (idk name) pharmacy ma bhook lagi aausadi say or smthng i am sorry idk. tyo 1-2 spoon khayeraa i could eat again. tara i need to eat dherai pailai dekhi so idk if thats the case. Also please go to doctor
