my ear is vibrating from the morning.it sounds like a cat pur that constantly roars/hums or vibrates. i don’t know why this is happening. I am in class rn and i couldn’t focus what teacher is saying due to continuous vibrating. it’ s non stop. if anyone who know anything about this, please help me. how to control or any treatment.

It’s probably tinnitus. And I don’t think it will ever go away. You’ll just get used to it. You can try listening to white noise or calming music to cope with it.
I’ve had this problem in my left ear for almost 2 years now. It doesn’t bother me on a daily basis but whenever there’s absolute peace, I can hear it.
