Hey guys, so dhasain audaixa ani aba gym haru ni banda hunxa for like 10-15 days. So my fellow gym rats how do you cope with these situation? Ghar mai workout hanxau ki or you just simply wait till the gym reopens?

My gym will be closed for a week in dashain, but I’ll still workout at home (body weight exercises). Skipped gym for a week during exams and had a huge strength decrease. Never again.
