So, i ordered an item from Daraz which came 3 days ago. Immediately opening that , the item has rust and the key was broken and i initated a refund and the return process was approved yesterday. So today i got full amount of refund through my bank but no one collected the item today. Is the text in the image implying that i can keep the items and won’t have to refund it?
