As always the answer is It depends on your lifestyle. Where do you wanna live ? Dubai is a large city. The cost of rent and groceries highly depends on your location. Feel free to dm.
If you’re renting a room, it’s gonna vary from place to place as Dubai is a very big city. If your employer is providing you accommodation, then your only expenses will be food, internet and miscellaneous items.
Transportation is usually provided by your employer, if not your accommodation will be arranged close to your workplace. Your monthly expenses on food/groceries will be around AED 300-350, you can eat very well within this budget, if you smoke and drink occasionally, expenses may vary.
I’ve been working as a security guard here in Abu Dhabi so my expenses are around 350 AED a month including food and internet. I have accommodation provided by my company and my duty location is within 10 minutes walking distance from my room so not much expenses.
