Malai self help books haru recommend garnu na.I know few of the overhyped books but start chai k bata garne if i have zero idea on it?I want to help myself emotionally and mentally so any book/video resources would be of great help.

As i was suggested by someone if you want to start ả book don’t start through it self help book rather start with other nobel but i end up buying the power of subconscious mind😅
