I am 21 years old and have been taking antidepressants for the past 5 years, which lately have been causing excessive sleepiness, lack of motivation, derealization/depersonalization, and tiredness, all of which are ruining my life. Does anyone have good knowledge regarding this matter? I went to a Medicare hospital, and the psychiatrist was very unprofessional. He didn’t even ask for a proper history and took only 4-5 minutes to reach his conclusion, which I don’t find very reliable. It was a complete waste of time and money. So, I want to ask if anybody is aware of a psychiatrist who is a good listener and a specialist?

CMC , chitwan ko euta hospital ma i fould a psychiatrist after consulting with 3 4 other docs. He was an old paychiatrist. Really helped. Chitwan ma ho vane cahi i’d say go to cmc ani ask for the old doc. I forgot his name. But psychiatry ko department ko counter ma gayera tyo budo doc sanga consult garni vana they will call him.
