For those who don’t know hyperhidrosis is the condition where you sweat excessively and trust me it is one of the most annoying thing that can happen. You’re clothes always have too much sweat stain you feel too uncomfortable and whenever you’re playing mobile games the sweat makes it so uncomfortable to the point where you can hear screeching sound. The worst part is in exams my copy literally tear apart due to the sweat.
If you have it what is the best tip you’ve got?
From me the best thing that I learned just 6months ago is that if you wash you’re hand with fitkiri and water it really helps to lower sweating and helps in exams.

Consult with doctor
I probably have the opposite of this. I rarely sweat. The only place I visibly sweat is around my nose. And I only sweat on my armpits if it’s a bit more hot.
You might wanna visit a doctor for your condition.
it might not be this ..but when i was fat i use to sweat so much …especially form my face and feet ..but after i lost like 20 kg weight ..it gradually started reducing
