I’ve been finding online shopping from small nepali businesses to be sooo fucking infuritating. I tried to buy a bag. I can’t go out and shop in person cause ive been very busy. so i started scrolling and searching to finally find a bag that caught my eye. Okay teej sale ni raichha 1 day ko nice. I message them a day earlier to find out stock ma chha ki nai and to send a video. sale price chai next day nai thahunchha bhanyo okay. mind you 3 lines of text in total of the chat took 6 hours. I get it they get dherai dms tara when a potential customer replies instantly the business should also do the same so that actual convo huna sakos.
any way fast forward next day i asked the sale price as i said i would the day before (around 3200 raicha) 5 ghanta pachhi reply aayo. okay thik chha maile video mageko thiye mathinai jun maile pako thina. so i ask again video pathaunu bag ko cause photo ma you cant see the insides or the actual material and size by reference. uniharu le reply garyo sale day ko 11:35 ma “kun bag” and i was already asleep. next day i saw the text and its so fucking infuriating. 3 din dekhi euta particular bag ko barrema sodhirako chhu bhane text scroll garera herna mildaina ra kun bag? euta text back pauna 5-6 ghnata kurnu parne each time. normal smooth convo ta hunai sakdaina. like how are they in business when they do not communicate at all. harek msg pachhi pheri “would you like to order maam” arey bhai product bujhna kkhojda kei effort haldainau ta maile k roop ma mero 3-4k diyera order garnu. saman manparena bhane arko tanab hunchha esari hat pat kinda.
anyway last ma gayera aba sale sakyo aba full price mai bechne ho re. ma pagal ho? sale ko bela kinna khojda baal dinu chhaina mero msg lai ani aile ayera ma full price tirchhu hola? smh I miss the times during corona when small business actually cared to provide smth even sent thankyou cards instead of straigh up ignoring customers. as for the bag idk ka gayera khojam aba.
