Why is that everywhere there is a queue in Nepal especially in the government offices people in a queue stand tighly squeezed touching others? I have experienced and seen men and even women do it even though there was sufficient space to stand without touching each other without the danger of anyone cutting in line. It is almost like people enjoy it, it is weird if you ask me.
