How long does it take to get Nepali citizenship card? Is it same day? Which one of the offices in the Kathmandu valley is most efficient in terms of time? I can apply anywhere from KTM, Patan, or Bhaktapur.

Afu janmeko ward Bata sifaris chahinxa, then prashasan ma gayera Lida ekaixin ko Kam ho. I’m from a rural place so hamroma ward no. ma gayera sifaris liyeko. Valley ma ni similar nai hola.
Go to the ward office of the your permanent location (as per parents citizenship) with your parents citizenship and two passport sized photographs, they will make you sifaris. Tag along that sifaris, with another two passport sized photographs, parents citizenship and your parent to District Administration Office and do the due diligence, in about 2 hours you get your citizenship.
for me it was 1 hour becuase ward office and lalitpur prashasan is very near to my house .they will ask for your finger print and ask father and mother name and your done ..
