It’s been almost a week since worldlink started acting up. Asti 2 din ta jhan they had even turned off their customer service when I tried to complain. Yesterday, I called them up 3 times in the duration of 20 minutes and they just kept copying and pasting their responses. “hunchha hami herchham”, “tapai 5g ko range ma nai hununna” and what not. Pahila ta testo issue aaudainathyo vanda ni the helpline person kept trying to talk over me and only gave vague responses. Internet ta slow chha, tesmathi even games ma ping is really high. Complain garda ni kei hunna. I ask other worldlink users and they say they face the same issue. Is there any way to ask for a refund or something? I have started to feel like a Karen given the number of times I have called them only to no avail.

I opened a ticket about high ping on valorant. They did the usual talk(primary router ki secondary, wired ki wireless), nothing worked. They then said senior team would call. 3 days later no response. Then I tried “tracert” and found my signal was hopping through Singapore then to India. Maybe thats how it worked always and this ping is related to act (season) My internet seems fine though. Except that internet was slow for a day or two earlier this week.
Is anyone else having problem for valorant?

Nope not the case in my area. I have worldlink for 4+ years and that shit never gave me any trouble a single day.
Usage is around 60-70gb daily. PUBG ping 20-30ms anytime. Its a highly competitive area and worldlink has fewer customers compared to classictech and a local network here, i guess that’s the reason.
Research and find the ISP with low user distribution in your area, you will have less trouble.

Someone needs to sue worldlink for their scam service, ek barsa ko package liyo barsa bhari dukha paiyo afule ta
