I have been using f4 for almost 6 months and have faced no issues yet.
I have been using the Poco f3 for 2 years now. On issues till now.
Most of the problem in motherboard and screen are from Poco x3 l, x3 pro as far as I know.

Btw rocking f3 gt without a case & screen protector for 2 years. no complaint so far. Planning to daily the phone for 2 more years before looking into a new phone.
Don’t buy Poco. I bought X5 Pro few months ago. There is some weird bug in this phone because of which if someone from abroad calls on my phone, it doesn’t show up on my phone. I have been facing this issue for about 2 months now, but the bug hasn’t been fixed yet.
Mero poco f1 is still rocking as new.
