Really depends on what kind of it is. If you just want a heart, they’ll do for about 1k or so, depending on the size and colors it may vary. But I suggest you to do your tattoo from Kathmandu cause they got reputed artists that does an amazing job.

50-80k for huge complicated ones
I personally suggest u put tattoo on your own country rather than Nepal as price is usually hicked for tourist and quality of tattoo is also not the best

Search in google maps for tattoo shop. Check out the ones with highest reviews. And check their instagram. Contact hem. They will usually charge by the hour. Tranquill Tatto is a good one as pointed out by other use.
