There is no tax return system for Individual tax payer in Nepalese tax system. Tax return is only available for VAT applicable firms & companies.
For individual purposes, tax clearance certificate issued by IRD will be considered tax return (I hope you require tax return for any foreign country, if that’s the case, you can use tax clearance certificate).
