If you are buying purely for gaming and streaming, I would recommend using a desktop and not a laptop.
Legion 5 2021 model would be a great choice for that price range.
Simple design but halka heavy cha and legion has one of the best Cooling system.
Specs are also pretty good, 5th gen AMD processor WITH RTX 3060 130W TGP at around 125K
Or you can get RTX 3050ti with the same 5th gen AMD processor at around 115K
