Is this the 1st time you had sex? If so, going for STI screen won’t be much help as it will take at least a month to detect infections like HIV, Hep B, syphillis, etc.
Go for screening after 1 month and in the meantime, watchout for symptoms like ulcers or discharge from the private areas, any swellings in the groin region and burning sensation while passing urine. Similarly watch out for fever and body rashes.
You will need to repeat screening again at 3 months.
And even if you have used protection, it will not be 100% effective against gonorrhoea and Chlamydia. And you have done oral sex with god-knows-who 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ , so you better go for tests.
As for the location, go to any big hospitals and go for medicine or dermatology OPD.
