You are a minor plus therapy needs a long time and many visits. So your parents have to fill out the paperwork.

If your parents are troublesome; ask your relatives, friends parents or school to arrange a therapist.
I don’t think Nepal’s constitution provides any therapy.

Can I ask why you are looking for therapist? You are 13 and at 13 it is natural to feel angsty and depressed. It is a time when hormones are running through your body and everyone goes through that teenaged phase. You might feel like it will never end but trust me that it will. At your age I recommend talking to parents or older siblings or even friends. Please don’t be so quick to go to a therapist as a minor despite what TikTok tells you.
