Taragaun Regency Hotels (TRH) has released its third-quarter financial report for the current fiscal year, showcasing remarkable performance with its operating income exceeding Rs 1 billion.
According to the report, TRH recorded operating income of Rs 1.009 billion during the review period, marking an impressive increase of 11.42 percent compared to Rs 906.1 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The substantial growth in income can be attributed to the rise in net profit. In the review period, the company achieved a net profit of Rs 333.2 million, reflecting a remarkable growth of 39.54 percent compared to Rs 238.8 million in the last fiscal year.
Additionally, TRH witnessed a notable increase in other income by 19.12 percent and total income by 12.25 percent during the period under review.
The hotel’s financial performance metrics are equally impressive, with an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 22.65, net worth per share of Rs 137.19, and a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 35.03 times.
TRH’s robust financial results underscore its strong position in the hospitality industry, reflecting effective management strategies and sustained growth in operations.
