Yesterday I went to NRL in baneshwor for a blood test. After taking the blood the area of needle insertion in my arm just swelled up and I asked her if this was normal. She said it happend because I was holding the cotton swap incorrectly and had to put more pressure on the wound for it to stop swelling. It did work but today I saw this.
So I had given blood samples many time before and this had never happened to me. I was wondering if this will go away on its own or I have to use something on it?

thats a internal bleed, it will b fine and will auto recover but if u feel a hard exterier without it turning blacker and it turns blue then go to doctor, its a infection so just clean that part regularly and u should b fine

Superficial vein/ capillaries rupture bhayera bhayo ko, very minor injury, afai janchha. It is one of the common side effects while doing venipuncture.

It is due to blood leaking from your vessel into soft tissue. But do no worries, it will fade in few days. For a quick recovery, apply ice.
