To receive payment, what details do I need to share with my client?
Also the payment will come directly to my bank account right?

You wont need a wise account. Your client can directly do a wire transfer via wise. Just send your account details and the swift code of your bank.
I believe Wise isn’t available for us. Did you think about Western Union?

tl;dr Wise recently blocked Nepalese citizens to transfer money from to their personal nepali bank accounts. This happened few months back only.
**This is how it worked before:**
Wise basically allows you to create a virtual US bank account. So
Your clients -> transfer to Wise virtual USD account for you -> transfer to your Nepali bank account.
**After they changed their rules**
Your clients -> transfer to Wise virtual USD account for you -> XXX -> Can no longer transfer to your personal bank account.
