Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating in Indian subcontinent, encompasses a holistic approach to health and well-being. Dating back thousands of years, Ayurveda focuses on achieving harmony and balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Derived from Sanskrit, “ayur” means life, and “veda” means knowledge or science, emphasizing its comprehensive understanding of life and healing. Ayurveda views each individual as unique, with their own specific constitution and balance of elemental forces known as doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha). By promoting preventive care, proper nutrition, herbal remedies, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic practices, Ayurveda aims to restore and maintain optimal health by addressing the root causes of imbalances rather than merely treating symptoms. With its holistic and personalized approach, Ayurveda continues to inspire and guide individuals on their journey towards vitality, longevity, and a harmonious existence.
What is the most dense age group who enjoys animes in Nepal? Do middle aged people even know what animes are? Or do they think of them as cartoons

33 and still watching everything I get to watch 😂
Come on bro dragon ball z, naruto, full metal alchemist, pokemon came back way before when middle age people were kids or teens 😁
“Cartoon: a film using animation techniques to photograph a sequence of drawings rather than real people or objects.”
Ofc anime is cartoon but it doesn’t mean all animes are meant for children. They can be lighthearted or lewd( borderling porn sometimes) or gory. People gatekeeping for watching “cartoon” are missing out so much on life.
I’m in late 20s and I still enjoy anime.
Got gifted a DBZ manga at 6 and got hooked into it.. Been more than a decade of collecting manga, DVDs and games. The whole family watches anime so I guess it’s like a culture I grew up with..
im literally 30 and been watching anime/reading manga for two decades lmao
Depends on how many middle-aged people can speak English. After determining that, you can proceed with your calculations or imagination. Keep in mind that many from that generation are busy earning a living, unlike Gen-Z who are in school and have more free time to watch. So ig very less
I know ppl in their 30s who watch it
In mid 20s and have been watching anime before I could even read English properly. Still watching it now.
Cartoons are for kids below 12
Bollywood is for dramatic people out there
Hollywood blockbusters are for teenage
Anime is for those viewers who believe some storytelling is not possible to act, direct with real people in it.
till age of 25 i used to watch anime but this past 2 yrs i have switched to reading manga and watch anime little and i am now 27……….90s anime are the best ….nowadays some of anime is overhyped its like 10 people watch so i also must watch kind of thing……..

Ofc cartoon it is.
I dont like anime but i read alot of manhwas
those are cartoons
Is Pokémon an anime ?
Or Idaten Jump
or Beyblade ( Golden one ) not the newer shit
I don’t know much about animes but is it true that animes revolve around some 14-15 year old teenagers with exceptional abilities?
So I am in 12 rn and the age group here is 17-20 mostly. When I was in like 7th, my classmates didn’t even know what anime was and even made fun of me for watching them. But now, every person in my class is either into anime or kdrama (me being someone who watches both) Yes there are few, who are still watching Hindi serials but those kinda people are getting rare. Even those who don’t watch anything much at least know about demon slayer. Idk about others but all my classmates who watch animes and have brothers and sisters older than them and are in 20s watch animes as well. We even used to have a teacher who watched anime.
Can anyone recommend me some good anime series and movies I am just the beginner….
32 and I still watch most of the anime…😅😅
